As much as we love getting stuck into big challenges, we also relish the smaller ones. Our specialist teams carry out smaller projects to renovate, rejuvenate and modernise people’s homes.

May that be adding a porch for practicality and curb appeal or replacing a kitchen or bathroom, we can handle the lot.

We also undertake garden projects such as new patios and bespoke brick BBQ’s!

We are also HETAS registered so are fully qualified to install and commission wood burners.

Blaydon Developments built our new build in Woodlands and later our double garage.

Blaydon Developments undertook a total refurbishment of our New Forest property across 2022/23.

This was a very significant project covering every element of the building but on completion the results have been amazing and the house is unrecognisable.
